I'm into having sex in a public place...just weird that way. Anyway, here in America, it seems there are people everywhere you go, and while the "dangerous" side of it is of course a turn-on, I don't really want to get arrested. So my questions are...

1) Where do you go to have sex if you want to do it in public places?

2) Do people really get arrested/fined/charged for this kind of thing?

There are lots of places. You just have to be creative. Yes, I think you can get arrested if it is too public (i.e. right in front of people) since it could be construed as public indecency.

Places the wife and I have done it include a public park (in a back area that very few go to), hot tub at various resorts, and the ocean in water that is just about mid-chest deep with people around us.

I have to agree chest deep water ocean or lake water is quite exciting to do it in.

You can get arrested for this stuff so you do have to be careful, but it has always been a fantasy of mine aswell.

I'm very much into the same thing and yes you *can* get in trouble if your caught. Parks are always good as well as hiking trails. A friend of mine did it at a theme park earlier this year and said it was great (a project of mine for next...). I try to stay away from the car thing, its hardly comfortable and overdone IMO. The best way to not get caught is when you find a spot just be aware of your environment. Remember most government and federal buildings have external cameras and now quite a few major intersections do as well. Best of luck If you find somewhere good please let me know!

ya, it can be pretty risky- that night in back of the car was my first and only public appearance- so far. I used to think about doing it at a playground, but now I've matured and realized "now, would I want my son playing here?" But- the time and opportunity of another interesting place could come up.......hmmmmm, "oops, the elevator is stuck- oh, ya, the phone's broken- guess we'll just have to wait....." hehehehe

the best is in a glass elevator but make sure you get off at the second floor not the first... security waits at the first.. trust me i know.

I've done it in a couple of parks around town. Nothing special. The best was on top of the National Arts Centre in Ottawa. We were walking around downtown at night and ended up there. Go hiking. Absolutely nothing beats making love in a grassy meadow with the warm sun on your skin.

Two pieces of advice though: 1. make sure you have a blanket or are wearing enough clothing to cover whatever ground area you require. 2. watch out for anthills

The nice thing about hiking is that there's no law enforcement near, so if someone does see you and is a decent person they'll just quitely leave you in privacy. If they're not a decent person they'll watch, and you'll never know they were there and they'll never tell the authorities. A good setup I think.
