Jealous friends said once "He used to be a geek but now he's so cute!" You gotta see them early and watch them grow

Wind them up and let them go.
Seriously...you'll find that they are stable, and adore you. And if you guide them kindly...they will become a dancing-machine. (so-to-speak) Besides...you can dress them...like a Ken doll. Just let them have their toys...within reason. |

And they're good at fixing problems with your computer, printer, VCR, TV... just about anything that plugs into a wall. Or they'll know if it can't be fixed and can get you a good replacement.

a good friend of mine was of the D&D, star wars ilk, and his girlfriend at the time (who was hot) broke up with him for other reasons. a few weeks later, i was talkign with her on it and she said she didn't think she could date someone who WASN'T a geek. then she started telling me how when they start rambling geek-info and knowing way too much about the imperial army and what designation all the robots are and what wizard can kill who, it just makes her horny as all hell. i was amazed, it was 1999, and since then i've seen it a lot more frequently. soem girls are just REALLY turned on by the geekdom.
great article! |
