I don't know if this is the right forum to ask this, but I have noticed a lot of people mentioning "wank-free TFP" in their signatures. What is the deal with that?

I don't understand why anyone would deliberately refrain from masturbation. I personally can't NOT masturbate, since two days in a row without ejaculating will guarantee me a boring, unsatisfactory yet quite messy orgasm in the middle of the night, in my sleep.

Aside from people who are big on Jesus, why would one want to refrain from masturbation? This is a legitimate question, I am just curious.
