Kegels for men; a couple of questions

I've been doing kegels and I've learned to hold it in on orgasm.
I can go several times without actually ejaculating.
I was wondering if this could be bad for you in any way?
How many times is too many? 5? 10?

Also, do men or women usually want to have sex for a longer period of time? Assume each person has already Orgasm'd once or twice; is the man or womeon usually going to want to keep going?

i'm agonna go ahead and say that generally...if its just everyday sex...it'll be the guy who gets his and then just goes into shutdown mode.

now, this has never happened to me (orgasm, then need sleep immediately) except for one time when i had stayed up 48 hrs straight. she was horny as hell so i gathered myself and did my duty. no sooner had she finished her moaning than my head was glued to the pillow and i was out COLD.
if she wanted to cuddle....go ahead, i just wont be concious

While I was exercising regulary I had the whole tantric thing pinned down, controlling ones focus and breathing to extend it, I've been doin kegels but had a problem.. was abit over eger and strained the muscle, it's just recently come good.

But when I was using the tantra method I was able to go for around an hour at the most. Those were good times, I love making love with Nay for long periods of time.. She's so wonderful. Hehe.. anyways.. I don't know about side effects, how about googling it..

when you are having sex, when do you actually do it? when you hit the point of no return? i try doing it then and it delays the orgasm but not that long...probably means i need to excersize more?

For me, I have to do it before I start to get a tingling feeling running up the penis.
Also, I do a lot better if I have already done my excercises that day (maybe becuase I'm just starting out)
I try to do about 40 10 sec holds and 50 short 3 sec holds or something like that.

Blade02, search this forum for kegel or kegels.

This is kind of personal....what exactly did that feel like?

It feels like I've strained something, I just can't put my finger on it.....well, I could, but that's what got me in trouble in the first place

I read this whole ebook once about this. It didn't help me at the time.
I think the key is this:
Normaly you just keep going or even go harder and faster when you are going to come. This won't work.
You can't just go and right before you come, stop and clamp down.
You have to slow down when you feel like you are close. Then instead of pushing yourself over the top quickly, do it slowly and see if you can just barely come. That may not make any sense.

Honestly, I haven't had sex in the few weeks since I learned to hold it; I think you need to make the orgasm less intense because I know sometimes it's just over the top!

sometimes i like finishing hard and fast (i guess i'm in a hurry to get it over with before the night ends...it's 5 a.m. lol) so i can get it up and going in the next 5 minutes.
then other times i like it nice and slow (sometimes the best when it's just right) but it's getting late. In the end, hard and fast is the only way to go IMO.
