ok, i know this may sound weird at first....but at times when i'm driving and i'm getting really sleepy (you know, when you can feel your eyes closing), i start masturbating to wake myself up :D

It wakes me up for a bit and then puts me to sleep. I don't know if it would work or not. The only time I got head while driving, it was broad daylight in football traffic, and we had to keep stopping when we went by an SUV or something. I had a big car at the time that kept most people from seeing.
