I find it interesting that there are so many different ways to pierce a penis. They all have different names!
-ampallang (horizonatally thru the glans, thru or above the urethra)
-apadravya (vertically thru the glans, usually at an angle)
-prince albert (thru the urethra and out the bottom behind the glans)
-reverse prince albert (thru the urethra and out the top of the glans)
-frenum (shaft piercing, thru the skin ONLY)
-dydoe (ridge of the glans, extremely painful)
then there's hafada (scrotal) and guiche (perinium) piercings

We are talking about penis, specifically right? I have never experienced one, but would be interested to do so.

Well i got a frenum done for my birthday, i've been wanting one for a couple years now. I really like it and it didn't hurt at all. Im thinking about getting my nips done and maybe a PA later. I love it and yes its my first piercing, but i have 3 tattoos

why do people anything? because they want to... the reasoning behind getting something like this is completely opinion based. beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I thought it would great, which it does in my opinion. and its something different. oh and I will also say I am a virgin, so sexually I don't know if it makes a difference.

im not that huge of a fan of genital piercings. but whatever floats your boat.

just last week i had to remove my eyebrow piercing as after one year my body appairently had enough of it and it was being rejected (pushed out of my face, lol).

im thinking of maybe getting plugs in my ears or a tat in a year or two.

I had my frenum pierced a year or so a go. My gf (at the time) really wanted me to get it done. I'm pretty open minded, so I went ahead with it. It didn't hurt too bad and healed up pretty quick. The sex wasn't too much different for me....and she enjoyed it, but it didn't give us the mind blowing orgasm that we had hoped. I eventually took it out because I kept getting it caught on things (sheets, boxers, etc) and that hurt bad.

I've had an ampallang piercing for the past 12 years... It was just one of those things I had to do...

I've been thinking of getting a PA and will likely get one in the next year or so...

The pain wan't all that bad actually. The worst part of the procedure was the clamp they put on the head to make the entrance and exit locations closer together... The actual piercing was a cake walk after that...

Well - I've never been interested in mutilating my genitalia, but if I had, that sentence alone would have been enough to change my mind. Ouch!

well i don't know if I could get that one done, horizontal or verticle, that is a piercing that kinda scares me ... that seems like it would hurt since its flesh, the frenum is just skin.

I think that male genital piercings are a bad idea. Of the ones I have seen, they look kind of gross. Then again, maybe the wearers did not take good care of them.

I have been thinking of getting a piercing lately, but cannot decide between a clitoral hood piercing, or a nipple piercing. Any feedback as to which is easier to take care of or which hurts more?

I don't see the attraction to pearcings(cept maybe belly rings).
i guess some of these can enhance your sex life but i don't think it's worth it(specially when they sometimes numb you in those areas)

feedback you say? i prefer nipple piercings. i think some of them (horizontal barbell) are super super hot. i wish my girlfriend would get one. it would be awesome. as for clitoral hood... i dunno... maybe in my mind it has kind of a negative connotation. in terms of what kind of girl would get that done. or allow someone to do that... kinda strange way of thinking in one respect. i just dont find them that attractive from a purely asthetic POV either.

I've got a nipple piercing... I actually was thinking of a genital piercing long before I got the nipple done... but then I was attacked by spontanaeity. I'm not sure if I'm ready to pierce my tallywhacker just yet... a PA sounds intriguing but I don't like the prospect of turning my watergun into a spraygun...

maybe a frenum, or an ampallang? who knows, I got plenty of time.

My wife has a hood ornament, she got it for "my" birthday, and I love it... She says it's the best $60 she's ever spent. It's not terribly showy, but the EFFECTS are definately ALL there!!!

i have PA and frenlum. PA is 6mm and frenlum5mm thick.

4ga = 5.18mm
2ga = 6.53mm

I've always wondered, doesn't a PA make urination a little difficult? Or messy?
My first and only piercing was my nipple...The piercer told me to expect an electric shock...not unlike sticking a fork in a light socket. He wasn't kidding! Yowch.
The worst part was the healing months that followed. You become a lot more aware of how often your nipple comes into contact with objects in the outside world. Casually bumping into a door accidentally can make you almost pass out!
Still, once it healed, it was totally worth it. Nice sensation.

As both a piercer and a wearer, I must say that genital piercings rock! I've got a 2ga apadravya (about 1/4" diameter) and my wife loves it. It's actually more of a 'half'-adravya as my wife puts it since I have the underside of my penis split, so the barbell only goes through the top of the head.

I also have a 00ga guiche which is fun to have tugged when she's going down on me, but lately it's been getting irritated so I've taken it out. The hole never closes so if I want to play with it I can just throw jewelry back in whenever I want.

I've got a few other piercings here or there, but I think my apadravya is my favorite as far as functionality goes. I've had a few other genital piercings but I took most of 'em out because of the split (kinda hard to have a frenum when there's no frenum left).

I've also split my tongue, which is a ton of fun to use in and of itself. ;)

I would never want to do that, I'm not sure what the allure is, but I don't feel it.

Im not a huge fan of piercings or body modification in general though, it only really looks good on a few people, imo, and I am definitely not one of them

when u get ur PA done like right after can u walk and do your normal stuff u would do before it? i wanna do it but not sure just yet. its more of a 75% chance i will get it done to but not sure if i will be able to be my normal self right after i get it done till it heals of course. how long after do u have 2 wait till u can have sex also? from what i read so far just today i am goin 2 get the FRENUM done also now to. so now its 2 down there the PA and the FRENUM. when i get this done will i be able 2 drive home by myself or will i need some one to take me home? thanks

i am getting a vertical clit hood piercing, this weekend or I will have to wait till next month, i am not sure quite yet. i actually started a forum in the ladies lounge about it to try and hunt down people who might have them, so if you wanted to check that out feel free (guys can read to-just no posting). i hear vertical heals really well and quickly, but horizontal i hear is a bit trickier.
as far as comparing with nipples, i've heard nipple compared to belly button a lot as far as pain. and as far as i can figure from people's descriptions VCH hurts when you get it but sounds to heal very rapidly like lip. i guess that's useless unless you know piercings from personal or friends experience. worth a shot. and as far as care i think they'd both be about equal. i'm a bit scared of infection in the warm damp place down there, but tongue would have been the same idea and it healed well. treat anything like a wound and it seems to work out.
i have tongue and lip. tongue hurt just to eat really and lip didn't hurt even slightly.
piercings are so damn addictive to me. i love them!!! i'm so nervous/excited about my VCH. I'll keep you all posted if i get it.

I have streched my PA to 8gauge now. I went from 12 to 10 with a stretching needle, but the 8gauge, i just inserted the piercing...it hurt like hell! I am going to 6 and staying there, tommorow or next week.

Girls: Why the pussy piercings? Does it feel better during sex, I mean really better? Also, does a dick with a steel rod feel better than one without?
