Does anybody have any good suggestions for holding an erection and not blowing your load while having sex.
It seems sometimes when me & the wife are having sex I cant keep my mind off of having an orgasm. I try to think about other things and try to stop movement as much as i can but it seems that sometimes nothing will help! If me and my wife are on the same shifts we may have sex everyday and if its like that i can go all night, but when we are working oppisite shifts we may not see each other for 7 days & its like when we do finally have sex. it only takes a few minutes and im ready to ejaculate. I can go many times but theres nothing to me like that first time after its been a while! can someone suggest some technique to keep my mind off the "quickie" situation.
