How? ...

We have tried along time to do fisting, but the maximum fingers I can get up her is 4, and it won't go past that.. Does anyone have tips on how to make her wider or does she just need to relax more?

I am kinda confused about this, I don't *know* if she can get bigger, I am just guessing so?

If anyone has experience with this, please let us know! Thanks

problem felt like the pubic bone on top.

Use plenty of lube, when you have 4 fingers in, push your fingers closer together, that should enable you to slide your thumb in too. Then slowly begin to make a fist inside her vagina, and keep puring lube onto your hand.

As to why: some women love the feeling of their vagina being stretched.

You may just not "match". There is a limit to how much can go in and there is no way to make your hand smaller so it may just not be possible.

Good luck. Why? I would think the two fo you are going to feel extremely close afterwords if you are successful. Whenever my wife and I have done something very different or new (new or different for us) we always feel a special bond afterwards. We have anal about once or twoce a year and we always feel that special feeling afterwards.

Generally there is a lot of tearage if an episiotomy (sp?) is not performed. Also, that is coming out (which is the way the vagina is shaped for that (I think)) so going in is not quite the same.

Good luck with all that though. I'd like to try it at some point, but who knows!

"Why" is because it's fun.

"How" is a tougher matter. I've tried before with one partner and was never successful. I've tried with another partner and have been successful. The key tips are:

lots of lube
go slowly
scrunch fingers (and knuckles) together as much as possible
lots of lube
short fingernails
lots of lube

Time, essentially. It may take a while in any given session, and it may take more than one session to develop the necessary flexability.

Interestingly enough some Yoga teachers recommend what they refer to as perennial massage to help lower the likelihood of ripping or cutting at birth time; it's essentially a course in working up to fisting over a number of months to make the area more supple and flexible.

Why can't you get it in? Not sure....are you able to palm a basketball? If so, that just might be your culprit. I've read some really sound tips for fitting that last bit of hand in, and I'd agree that it's going to be a combination of the amount of lube used and your ability to collapse your fingers and thumb inward as you're sliding your hand in (at last).

Viking1064 pointed out that you and your gf will most likely feel much closer after. If you can't get your hand out, then this will be doubly true!

Yes, I'm deliberately injecting some levity into this, and am doing so for two reasons: It's a goal (and getting there is half the fun!), and it's not a crisis situation (as it would be if you couldn't get your hand out.....).

It's hard, especially if the guy has big hands lik emy boy. we had a ton of lube and tried a couple times but it never works because his knuckles can't get any smaller.

Well, after reading this thread, I asked my g/f about it and we gave it a shot.

She was already very wet on her own and I must have used one quarter of the large bottle of Astroglide, so lube shouldn't have been a problem. We got really close, but I just couldn't get past my knuckles. It got uncomfortable for her so we abandoned any further attempts for the night. Maybe next time.

During labour and delivery certain hormones are acting on the woman's uterus, cervix, etc to make the tissue more supple and stretchy.

(P.S. It's the cervix that dilates to 10cm, not the vaginal opening although that does stretch to accomodate the baby's head.)

As lady pointed out, its the cervix which dialates. The other important factor is that through-out the entire pregnancy the pelvic bone is seperating, hence the famous "widening of the hips".

The wife and I tried it before, plenty of lube, but I could not get past the knuckle of the thumb, so close, but not quite.

i've wanted to try this with my girlfriend for a while. We've done everything conventional and both likedo try new things but she is afraid it will make her too loose. I've gotten 4 fingers in no problem and know i could've gotten the thumb in but she didn;t want to. Oh well maybe in the future.

If youwant to fist then you have to stretch her out... that area doesn't just stretch though, it breaks. See the backdoor gets big and small and streches but the front passage can only rip so once it gets big it stays that way. If you want just keep trying and eventually it will be big enough.
