what was the last thing your boyfriend/girlfriend did that just made you say 'god they're great'? for me, it was watching my boyfriend take apart his entire engine and then put it back together himself. ah, manual labor.:D

I really can't remember. For me, it happens usually a lot of the time when I'm speaking to her. The problem is, I don't see her often as she lives 14 hours away from me at the moment :(

Oh well, she's just the greatest.

The first night my future wife hung out at my apartment, she was playing Dr. Mario, and she started extolling the virtues of "Old School, 8-Bit Nintendo". I pointed at her and said "I'm Going to Marry You!!!" Two years later, we're married (but without a Nintendo)

The intimacy in everything me and my wife do, we're very very close..

whenever my girlfriend acts really cute, that's when I say, in a baffled state, "How are you so damned cute?"

I can't say I can pick a particular thing but something I found remarkable endearing is when she stretched her mouth wide open with her fingers and said "I was born on a pirate ship."
Just weird things that she remembers from childhood that I have totally forgotten...

She was teaching me bridge infront of her friends, I was getting annoyed and frustrated and she put down her bridge hand stood behind me rubbing my back and telling me not to take it so seriously.
ANYTIME she walks up behind me when I am doing something boring like washing dishes and wraps her arms around me.

God I hope she comes back from vacation.

Well we're both at a different college right now so I really miss her and I'm constantly thinking "oh man she's great."

My girlfriend has the quality of being made up, so everthing she dose is exactly the way I like it!

When she absent-mindedly started rubbing my back in church the other morning.

mine just makes me feel like me, except like Im at 110%. I dont know. Im pretty young (19) and going through college, almost everything in my life is "supposed to get better in the future." Dont get me wrong, I love hanging out with my friends and I feel I have an awesome life, but when Im with her, I actually have a "now" and it just totally blows me away.

When I was slaving over a network repair, she just started rubbing/scratching my back.

I like how my gf is very relaxed and I can shoot the shit with her....I can joke about most things without worrying about her being pissed off for a week. Although she is oversensitive in other ways--but hey nobody is perfect.

It seems she acts as a huge buffer towards the stress that I always seem to have for no good reason. She has only been gone on vacation for a week and already I feel like I am about to lose it. Its very tempting to e-mail her and beg her to come home and do whatever the hell it is she does that ALWAYS makes things ok.

Hehe, this could possibly be the most romantic thing ever! At least to me it is. Sigh. :)

The best thing about my boyfriend is overall good nature and kind heart. He likes me the way I am, and it's helped me reach a level of comfort with him that's strengthened my self-esteem. He's also good for snuggling. Yay, snuggles!

He kept me really busy yesterday on a day he knew I'd be depressed;but they were interesting things that took time and took my mind off of being sad. He is so sweeet.:icare:

One night I called my B/F to let him know I was on my way home form work and he kept asking when I would be home. I told him I was going to straight home (I ended up stopping for gas), so I got home and he pulled me into the bedroom and started to undress me. I figured he wanted to have sex and I told him I didn't want to. He told me to cover my eyes and he led me around the entire apt. so i wouldn't know where i was then i was lead into a room and told to step forward. He had filled the bathtub with warm water and Strawberry scented crystals and lit a vanilla scented candle just for me :) He had my book waiting by the bath too (I always read when I'm taking a bath)... It was so sweet.

for some reason, when she says my name. not during sex or anything, but if we're just talking and i say something flirty or just joke around and she stops and opens her eyes real wide and says "matt!" and smiles.

I'm single so I will talk about that damn ex I just can't seem to get over. :)


The last thing would probably be just spending time with me and being there when I needed a friend. That goes a lot further than any other kind of gesture.

The best thing about her: leaving her house at 5am after we've been up all night talking and holding each other, getting into my car, and smelling her perfume on my clothes. That, and the way she cries like a little girl when I play stupid love songs I wrote about her on my guitar.
