As I recon this sounds like something from Cosmo ... let's take a closer look...

Depends from person to person in my opinion and also from meal to meal... If you have a cheese meal (sth like pizza, raclette, fondue, ...), it can be very hard to burn up those calories

yeah well, safe ... if you do it like my grandparents maybe. I've heard stories of teared muscles (well, not actually muscles, just a kind of spunge tissue who takes up alot of blood), cramps etc etc.
It's one of the most enjoyable sports, true, but the safest .... think chess or golf are still safer.

The rest of the things sound pretty reasonable ... but as i'm not an expert on the field of pheromones .. can't tell if it's true or not

Taking into consideration that chess and golf are not sports, i'll accept this to be true anyway.

For me personally, though, a headache gets WORSE if i have one and have sex. That's likely just me though.
