They showed the episode today where Operations is locked into the "perch" because of a disease outbreak. He shoots his way out, thus exposing himself to the disease, in order to get to Madeline, just to comfort her.

Operations is the older guy in th suit. Walter is the older guy in the bandanna. Michael is the tall, dark and handsome one who doesn't say much and when he does, speaks with a French accent.
