I've done some research and now realize that I'm REALLY BLESSED!!!!!

I can not only achieve an orgasm via nipple stimulation alone, but sometimes get off so hard that I even GUSH copious amounts - even with absolutely no clitoral/vaginal stimulation whasoever!!!

There was a 2 year period when the fastest way for me to orgasm was with nipple stimulation, but now it is just a nice add on to the more traditional methods.
My bf was always proud of himself when he could make it happen with just my nipples
