God, as early as I can remember. I remember 5th grade sex ed class, when they talked about masturbation and I thought "so THAT'S what I've been doing."

Strangely, my first time was AFTER I lost my virginity (at age 17). Before then I realized it felt good but didn't understand how good it could get. Now that I understood the big payoff, I had to have more of that. The next five years I spent making up for lost time.
