I prefer them real, but if a girl gets fakes and keeps it to a realistic looking breast im fine with it. I just hate when i'm at the strippers or something and a hot girl has really really bad fake and huge boobs.

I don't know that I care as much whether they are real or implants, I gauge them by the way they look. I suspect the ladies do too. If they are natural and unattractive, then implants and attractive is superior. I agree that implants just for size sake when the naturals look nice is a waste. On the other hand, there are soooo many bad boob jobs out there, as evidenced in many of the posts, I think it just makes matters worse. From bad small jugs to bad big ones is disturbing. So, for me, it's all about how they look. Lastly, if the lady having the b.j. done likes them, more power to her.

I like both, but real ones have more personality. As someone already said quoting Robin William's nazi skit, fake boobs tend to just look straight ahead with no bounce or realism to them.

If I had a wife I was already comfortable with her breast size, but she wanted a boob job, I'd be reluctant to see her go through with it, but if it's really something she wanted then I wouldn't stop her. It's not my body and I'd love her all the same if she was a breast cancer patient and had to get them removed. It's a case by case basis, and if a woman feels she needs to get a reduction or implants to go about her life then that's her perogative, and my pleasure just to enjoy the beautiful sight of a pair of beautiful breasts. :)

It's just bad when they looked messed up before and the after looks just as bad. To go thru all that pain and have them still look bad? I'd be fucking pissed!

I think some women are justified in getting them, but I personally hope I never think my boobs look that bad. If I never have kids then they will probably stay perky. Kids just screw them all up I think. :(

Hmmm... I agree, I'm just a fan of boobs, though I tend to like them a little smaller. The first girls' pictures on this thread are pretty impressive. I think they turned out pretty good. Most fake boobs LOOK fake, and that is not sexy. If they're done well, and you like them, more power ta ya!

Lets face it...how many of the guys complaining about "fake' boobs, would jump at the chance to have a similiar procedure done to their penis?

I personally prefer natural breasts, but if the lady is uncomfortable with her natural ones, who's to say she shouldn't feel better about herself? By way of comparison, think of the confidence a guy would feel if he were packing 10 inches around with him...same difference.

I really find natural more attractive than fakes. I think women (and men) tend to focus on stuff way to much. On the other hand, I like women that aren't constantly worried/depressed about their appearence, so if it makes them feel less self concious its not a totally bad thing. Lotta women that have nothing to worry about just seem to go overboard with it.

I like to have fun with natural boobs, but look at fake ones. Of course if the implants are too huge then implants are just a plain turn off.

It all depends on whether or not you can notice if they are fake or not. If you can, and it's really obvious, then it can be kind of a turnoff to most people (including me). If it's done well, and it seems natural, then it's okay

To what cup size you can increase your boobs to and still look "natural" really depends on your body type, anyways, sometimes increasing to a D cup looks really bad, other times it will look just right, it all depends on the girl. If your boobies look fitting just they way they are, then my recommendation is to leave them alone.

For the most part the fake boobs tend not be an upgrade aesthetically...at least not when they are nude. They are distracting and several of the women on this thread looked much much better pre implant. A few looked better but they didn't get implants far to large for their frame. Sorry but a girl that's like 5'1" and weighs like 105 with giant D cups just looks wrong.
And a chick with C or D cups in the first place tend to look bad with implants as they tend to also get them much to large for their body.

Regardless of how real they might look on some girls, I just don't dig fake boobs. :(

I read an interview she gave. If you notice in the recent pics, she started working out, got leaner, and lost her breasts. She got implants to get them back. I still think they're too big though.

All natural all the time! I don't have any pictures off hand, but I think Veronica Zemanova got a boob job. And she had perfect boobies!!!!

I'm fine with them either way... the sexiest thing about boobies is that she wants you to enjoy them. Big, small, fake, real, it doesn't make that much difference. (If I have a preference, it's medium-sized boobies. But it's pretty mild.)

I'll give you a "not-fucking-me" in that regard. I have an average penis, the equivalent to maybe a B or C cup for breasts (whatever average is, I don't know :P I just know I like 'em all; comparing a penis to breasts is stupid anyways, because the penis' size is a matter of function too) and I think that kind of surgery is down-fucking-right stupid, unless maybe your penis is SO small that you can't properly use it for intercourse.

Worst part about getting fake boobs. If you have freaky ugly small boobs, breast implants make you have freaky ugly big boobs. They just "augment" the problem.
