Many women have severe problems from having breasts that are too large. In high school, one of my best friends was this way. She had all sorts of back problems, and eventually had them reduced. She was *much* more comfortable after that.

Natural be the best for my preferences. Squeezin' and lovin' on silicone just doesn't do much for me.

For those of you who think it's easy to spot fake boobs should check out this site. You might be surprised - I know I was!

i'm with sailor420. one of my friends has a cup size of H. not only are custom bras costly, but she'll be to her knees by 20. on top of all this, she is blessed with back problems that started for her when she was 15 years old (size D then). another one of my friends who has DD also has major back problems due to the size and weight of her breasts.
reductions are usually done for functional reasons. i can't say the same for implants.

agreed, nightshade. i think a lot of them rush into it. not that i'm an expert in this field, i just don't think a lot of them realize what they're getting into.

How fake is too fake..? I think any amount of plastic stuffed into a breast makes it fake.

Hang two 10 or 12 lb sand bags around your neck, about level just below your armpits (we'll consider that as if you have a bra, for your sake). Now wear them continuously (never take them off!) for 10 years. That should put somethings into at least a little bit of perspective.

When I get pictures after my reduction (in like, 3 years) I'll pass them on. ;)

Why wait for the reduction? Send us pictures of your breasts, now! I would like a real example of how big too big is...

Take it up with my ball and chain. I figured 3 years was a good enough amount of time for me to convince him it would be a good idea for me to post pictures of my tits on the internet.

I dont see the problem with fake breasts. I know a girl who has beautiful natural breasts but breast cancer runs in her family, so shes looking into getting them removed....and replacing them with implants. I dont know much about breast cancer, but if thats a way to avoid it...then I say it makes tons of sense.

I don't hava an image to contribute but I my sister got fake tities. Dumb broad.

I like my double D's just the way they are. In twenty years, I will like my C's, just the way they are. I have to prevent saggage, of course.

In addition to the boob job, it looks like jenna ate a goddamn ham sandwich or two, which is good, cause she might have had some nasty breaks later in her career if she'd stayed skinny like that.

I love all breasts! But I also believe that some just need to be a little bigger. Girls with very small tits desearve bigger. A little from an A to a C is a lot!

I have never personally known anyone with implants, but I think they look stupid when you pump them up to that degree, or look like Jordan (Katie Price) - the girl at the top looked nice in the first picture anyway, why would she want to change those?

I dont think Britney Spears has had breast implants either - she just grew up a bit. When she came out she was a teenage girl, there's no reason it should be hard to believe her breasts could grow as she got more mature.

I love woman with fake breasts...they are squishy but a natural woman is great to. I think Britney had breast implants because they look alot bigger now then before. She just wants some publicity.

I have no pictures to share with you. Only my natural ones already posted in exhibition and I don't plan to get implants.

What you guys think of our breasts has such an impact on how we view them. Not that we should rely on outside influence to feel good about ourselves but that's only in an utopia.

I read a story in Readers Digest (I think - can't remember for sure) about a year ago about a woman who had gotten breast cancer and had to have a breast completely removed on one side. She was very emotionally upset by this and after things had healed she began talking to her Dr about getting an implant. Right after the serious conversation with her Dr she was leaving on a tropical get away with her new boyfriend. When she returned and saw the Dr again she was smiling and confidant and did not want the implant. Her Dr asked her what had made the change.

The girl then told how her boyfriend who was an artist and did tattoos had requested to do a tattoo for her. He did a trail of flowers over her shoulder and down across her missing breast. He told her she was his "work of art" and that he loved her as she was.

When you guys appreciate us as we are it means more than you might realize.

How the breast looks after getting an implant depends on how big it was before getting the implant, and the size of the implant. But then that raises the problem "why would an ample breasted woman want implants?"
