er.. the first thing is how long does he last now? if hes more than 3 minutes than hes perfectly normal

The best thing he can take is some advice. Any guy in the world can last an hour or more if he really wants to. It's a choice, but it takes exercising some self-control. When he feels like he's getting close, he needs to change the pace, change positions, whatever. I've learned over the years that there is a very specific angle/motion that will get me off in a hurry no matter what - I specifically avoid that for a while and when she's gotten off a few times, I'll just go for it with impunity and everyone's happy.

Regular masturbation can help, too. Seriously. Condoms help with desensitizing. And, there's always going for round two in the same session; that one's always easier to make last.
