I know a guy who got circumcised at 20 and said he regretted it after, he liked it better before. Does the tightness cause you pain?

Ok sorry, I didnt give too much detail. The tightness seems to make me really sensitive, so when I am getting head it can be reallly quick and I have to tell my wife to avoid the foreskin. Its ok during sex but if she is on top i have the same problem, really intense and orgasm too fast. It has split a few times but not that often.

Uh, not to be a mood kill, but shouldn't this be over in sexuality? Seems a little out of place.

Also, if you have the money, you should check out various specialists. See if you can find a doctor that has high success keeping sensitivity. I was watching a documentary recently on a doctor that has something like a 70% success rate of sex-change patients being able to orgasm with their revamped genitalia, so you think that you'd be able to find a doctor that would be able to do something to your foreskin and still let you keep the perks.

Yep, only I'm ridiculously sensitive. I agree with the comment about finding someone who is really good at keeping the sensitivity if that's the route you decide to go.
