i was wondering if anyone had helpful tips on positions for inserting overly large toys and fists into a vagina. or if there are any tricks. she can do 3" but the 4.5" wont fit, have only gave it one try but seems to hit bones in the missionary position.

I'd say try the ass with the 4.5". Well, not first. Work it up with toys increasing in size or a pump.

Also, some girls just don't have enough room. It's not necessarily the elasticity, it could just be she's not very spacious.
