The only thing holding you back is fear! Cut it! Cleaner and you'll pee exactly as you do now, after all they cut the foreskin not the urethra.

It is better to keep stretching it. The cream may help speed things up, but it also thins out the skin if I remember right. There are plenty of good reasons to keep it, but most of the people on here haven't experienced them.
