The OP is in NO WAY being selfish. She's awesome enough to give anal, so he needs to show her the proper respect and not cause her any harm.

Since Muffincakes seems to be MIA it may make little difference if I comment or not but I just couldn't resist. As I have understood it in the past, I don't believe that it's recommended for a man to have anal sex while wearing any piercings, particularly a PA as it opens the urethra to UTI's much more easily. It provides a location for bacteria to hide out and grow. One of the most common bacteria that cause UTI's are E-Coli, one of the most common bacteria in the lower intestinal tract. So Muffincakes or any other woman could say they were not being selfish but extra careful for both partners. ;)
