Go to your local pharmacy and get a Fleet Enema. They also make Fleet Extra, which is 70% bigger. Bring it up to the counter and buy it, it's not like they're going to judge you for it. Go home, get on your hands and knees, bend forward with your head almost to the floor, insert, and squeeze. It will feel weird at first, but give it 30 seconds and it will be time for it to all come back out. If you want to make sure there's nothing left in there, Fleet sells 2-packs or you can refill yours wit warm water and use it another time or two.
