If you are worried about STDs or other blood based diseases, I would stay away from doing this. Correct me if I am wrong, but menstrual blood is still blood so it caries the same risk of AIDS transfer as kissing someone with a cut in their mouth. You could use a dental dam, but I'm guess it would look like someone plastic-wrapped one of those blood pellets and then smashed it.

I'm not really that interested in this though I don't mind period sex. Mainly because at that point I have heightened sensitivity so it feels a good kind of different.

with all of that in mind: i would still like to try it. i'm thinking my biggest problem would be finding a woman who is willing.

I agree, sex is intimate, but i don't think i'll be 'making love' every time the two of us lay down, and i am a 'freak' (as it has been put) and i would enjoy trying new things, and doing something 'extreme' ... i don't wanna do it just to do it, i wanna try it because the idea of it turns me on.

i don't imagine it would be bad ... but seems most of the people who posted do.
