When you or your SO comes, does the number of spurts catch your attention? Have you made any observations?

Personally I notice it when I come. The more spurts the more I get exited, and vice versa!
The maximum number of spurts I had in single orgasm was 7. And that is just once in my life. Average is ~3.

My observation about spurts is the more prolonged my orgasm, the more the spurts are. And I am left with more pleasure and relief when I have more spurts

Hmmm, yeah... I've never counted my "Unngghh! -splat!-" contractions. I'd imagine it depends on how much ammo you have in the magazine at the time of discharge. If you've been whackin' it constantly, you're probably lucky to get the Maxwell House good to the last drop... but if you're celibate and handcuffed for a month, you've probably got enough goo to go that you'll reach muscle fatigue before you squeeze out that snackpack.

I usually hit 5-8, with 8 being after a week or 2 of no activity, or if I'm in the middle of some fantasy activity for the first time. It might be less if I have a bad headache or something, but generally I'm enjoying myself enough that trying to count would ruin the moment.
