any ladies try that new k.y. from the tv ads? feedback?

the commercials are entertaining, with the outwardly subdued couples edited together with fog horns from oil tankers and erupting geysers...

anyone actually try this ky lube for-her? thoughts?

I haven't tried it, but honestly, I'm not a fan of KY. It dries up and gets sticky too quickly. :oogle:

If you are talking about the product KY Yours+Mine, check out the thread KY Yours and Mine, especially the posts from Daniel_, he's an expert.

I have not tried it but a few of my friends that have said that it really didn't do anything for them. Plus they said it was really hard to clean that shit off. So without personal experience I would have to say that I think every women is different and that it may work for some women and do nothing for others. So I think you should try it and find out!!!

nope... i had to look it up, but it's called KY "intense" and there's no "his" element except getting some i guess. it's designed to "intensify FEMALE satisfaction".

FYI, that is not a lube, but likely something more like a dropper bottle. I've pondered buying some, but was shocked when I noticed it was $20 for something like 0.25 oz or something.

I'd love to hear if anyone has any experience with it though.

I've used similar products on my wife, but not the KY product. My wife's favorite seems to be:

VitaminDeal.com Orgasmix - Orgasm Enhancement Gel - Buy Cheap Orgasmix Gel

Definitely works and is fun for a change of pace.

The active ingredients are Niacin (increases blood flow to the clitoris) and Propylene Glycol (warming sensation).

Propylene Glycol is unfortunately in some women an irritant, and can lead to a burning rather than a warming sensation.

All in all, this stuff works for around 3/4 of women tested.

Bearing in mind that the way to get it going is to massage it into the clitoris, over half of the effect could easily be attributed to the placebo affect and to the masturbation.

The actual cost of the ingredients in this product is very very low - no more than 10c for a 50ml bottle would be my guess, so the price tag they put on them is massive.

It's a good profit line to the retailer, and to the maker, so you can see why they promote it so hard.

Absolutely. Not sure about the placebo affect, but, as anyone who has ever been with a woman knows, they tend to enjoy [understatement of the day] massage on their clitoris all by itself. This stuff heightens the sensitivity somewhat, but don't expect it to cause instant multiple o's immediately on contact. If it did, this stuff would be selling for $100a bottle and my wife would have thrown me out of the house. :)

That can increase sensitivity, but keep in mind that it's not always pleasurable. If your woman has a pretty sensitive clit already, that stuff can make it uncomfortable. :oogle:

To be honest, when it comes to warming/tingling/cooling lube, the bad reviews (ranging from burning, to non pleasurable tingling sensations, to no feeling at all) always outdo the good ones. This comes from my own experiences, those of my friends, and many, many reviews I've read over the years.

All you can do is try it, and if it works for you - awesome. Most people's experiences are going to differ, though, and what's pleasurable for one person, may not be for another.
