I had always thought I'd be fine with anon sex but I got a couple offers over the last few years and found myself surprised that I couldn't go through with it. Still a strong fantasy of mine.

Anyone else had a similar experience? Or has anyone been able to go through with it?

It was easy when I was in college. Ended up dating one, and having another as a fuck buddy. It just depends on what both parties want. That being said I had to give and receive a lot of trust before I let it happen.

Oh you kids ... it was a lot more fun and more challenging in the 70's. You actually had to get off your ass, get dressed and look good, hit a bar or a club (it really helped if you could dance) had to make conversation and be able to sell it. Then if you had the skills you got laid. If not, you had to start over. And that was before STDs were invented. Yup ... glory days.

Regarding the whole pictures-not-looking-like-the-actual-person deal, webcam chats before meeting will prevent disappointment. Even if it's just a quick 10 minute 'hi,' I highly recommend doing this. Take advantage of technology people!

Funny thing is I could have dealt with her as-was so to speak. Not like she was Sherk IV or something. But it was obvious she was 10 years older and 20lbs heavier then her pic's. Eh, there's no real magic to it. Bear Cub put up a personal ad that was somewhat lengthy, clever, and hysterical. That weeds out most of the retards. So you're left with some average normal women, and some single moms. If you don't discriminate against either, you're all set. Odds are if they're fucking you off Craigslist, they don't care if you smack them around a bit or stick your thumb up their ass.

You mention them being average... Did you haveaInu luck finding attractive women? I was hoping to find somebody that is 7 or above (out of 10) between 18 and 30 that just doesn't have the time to find Mr Right and is lookin to have their needs met.
