Sexy Songs--What Songs Make *You* Feel Sexy?
I know we've talked about songs to get down to--but what about songs that make you *want* to get down?
The situation: I am getting ready for a party....and listening to my favorite song of all time--Moondance by Van Morrison. Something about this song makes me feel like a combination jazz singer/goddess. My hips sway of their own accord, and I can't help but smile my most seductive grin. And so I pose the question...do any of y'all have a song like that? One that makes you feel like a sex god(dess)? One that just gets into your hips and heart? I'm thinking "Blue in Green" off the greatest jazz album of all time, "Kind of Blue". Bill Evans and Miles Davis could dream up symphonies of emotion that stir the soul in ways little else can. It's more than just the definition of cool, it's the definition of jazz. |

ZZ Top's "Sharp Dressed Man" makes me feel like James Bond. I suppose that could be sexy. Toadies' "Heel" makes me feel good.
Anything I can sing along with using my mediocre vocals makes me feel like I wanna "go bang it to some college babes." Nim Vind's "Astronomicon." ... I don't know if army / punk guys get the sexy feeling. I mean, I'm covered in bruises and do stuff like buzz my hair off into a steel trash can every three weeks with an electric trimmer. I used to have a whole playlist of "sexy songs" that I'd dance around to in my underwear.
"Feeling Good" - Michael Buble (or Muse, depending on my mood) "FutureSex/LoveSound" - Justin Timberlake (I love this album, actually) "This shit will fuck you up" - Combichrist (a lot of industrial turns me on, rawr) "Sussudio" - Phil Collins (I love dancing to this in my underwear) "Supermassive Black Hole" - Muse "Backstreet's Back" - Backstreet Boys (don't laugh) and "Drops of Jupiter" by Train makes me feel good all over.. not necessarily sexy, but it's definitely a good song for me.
