I have been long using the advice about orgasms to control everything from menstrual pain to the flu. If there's not someone to help me out, I help myself :D It really does work!
I think having sex on a regular basis is not only important to my personal health, but to the health of my relationship and that of my partner. Therefore, we try to do something sexy at least once a day, together or separately. |

I concur....unless one of the partners has a cold and you end up passing it to each other, as has just recently happened in my relationship. ;-) But yes, this makes sense to me.
