I've been going nuts trying to google this word but I can't find anything about this subject.

I remember a couple of years ago, I saw a talkshow where a lesbian woman was interviewed because of her rather novel approach to sexuality.

Basically she focuses only on the pleasure of her partner, not wanting nor allowing her partner to reciprocate. Her whole focus was only on pleasuring, refusing to be pleasured.

What I'm looking for is the word for this specific "attitude". Two hours of googiling and all I can find is lists of paraphilias which I doubt this specific attitude falls under.

Would appreciate any help on this subject..

This is probably the closest one suggested though it didn't fit the female in the talkshow other than looks, she looked butch but acted extremely submissive.

The problem is that I seem to remember that she used a term that wasn't gender/orientation specific.

So far I've found only one other potential candidate:

Unfortunately not.. seems to be either a very private group or extremely rare, nothing really sticks out as the correct answer.. Perhaps they used a term they made up themselves that hasn't come into public use.

Could you let me have the name of the talk show as well as the time/year you may have seen it??

It was an old episode of Rikki Lake some seven or eight years ago... can't remember fully (Don't know how the dates work out since there is some additional delay before the shows air here..), I remember that she got a second visit because of the amount of viewer responses to her story though.

Maybe you can find a transcript of the episode. I remember I was writing a paper for a philosophy class and was able to quote an old 20/20 episode on addiction using the transcript from their site. It was a pain in the ass to find though.
