Contraceptive Pill
I was with my SO last night, I finished on her then cleaned up and went in again for another hour or so. I am unsure if I did clean everything up, cos it was all over me, my parts, and her thigh and even though I did make sure to use lots of soap and water to my satisfaction, I would rather be safe and have her take the pill. It's been 24 hours, we've both showered, I just want to know at what time will the contraceptive pill begin working, how many days til it won't work at all, and where to buy them.
I always practice safe sex, but I am a bit scared. I don't know what her problem is, but she is convinced that she "knows [she isn't] pregnant". I keep telling her to be safe anyways but she isn't budging and frankly, we both don't want a kid right now so I don't know what is stopping her from spending 10 bucks and getting the pill. |
No condom? That's not safe sex...
|
Wikipedia has this about the "morning after" pill :

Better hurry. |
And let me know where you can find them for $10...

Good luck, the effectiveness of Plan B diminishes to the point that it's almost useless after 72 hours. Start trying to convince her now, because your legal rights regarding pregnancy end when you whip it out, and her claiming that she knows she isn't pregnant is just plain fucking stupid.
After that, keep it in your pants until you're mature enough to not have unprotected sex or raise a kid. |
The pretext for sex should always be: "This is a reproductive activity."
You need to sit down and talk with her about your concerns. She can't honestly know whether she's pregnant. If need be, tell her your doctor said you have an abnormally high sperm count. |
Clock is ticking. She said if she does get pregnant, she'll just get an abortion.
Saturday, 7 PM. Used a rubber, wouldn't go in without it. I am on your side, just help me. |

www.plannedparenthood.org can help you find EC in your area. |
OK. So I used a rubber, splooged on her left thigh while she was turned sideways. Cleaned her up with a towel, then washed what was on me with soap and water and a different towel. Went back inside her half an hour later. Should I still be worried?

Was the second entry en-condomed?

Blah blah blah, pregnancy can happen at any time there is sex, but in reality land: if you didn't ejaculate inside her vagina (not near her vagina, not into a condom, not in the same room as her vagina) she's very likely not pregnant. If you came inside of her without a condom, feel free to proceed to freak out, but if not, I wouldn't worry about it. I find your description of the location of semen confusing. If you are using a condom, the only place semen is deposited is in the condom. |
Oh yeah man, she's definitely pregnant. Better start saving for the next 18 years of child support payments, seriously.
How old are you, and how old is she? Are you sure you want to be reproducing with someone of her, uh... caliber? Jesus christ, forget abstinence-only education... I say let's go back to the chastity belt for both males and females, until they can pass a sexual education test. Kind of like citizenship tests for people to become American citizens. You pass the test, then you can remove the chastity belt. WRAP IT UP AND KEEP IT ON, EVERY SINGLE FUCKING TIME!!! |

You are both being reckless, for sure. I would definitely get her ass to Planned Parenthood for the contraceptive pill. DO NOT trust her to get an abortion if she does end up knocked up.
And for fuck's sake, use a goddamned condom EVERY TIME, NO MATTER WHAT!! And get that girl on BC ASAP because even condoms, when used every time correctly, still aren't 100% effective. Jeez. |
And Planned Parenthood will load you up with free condoms.
Basics for heterosexual safe sex: 1) The female in the relationship should be on some kind of hormonal birth control or use an IUD if hormonal birth control is not an option. 2) A barrier method should be used in conjunction with the birth control; a diaphragm for the female is an option, but most choose to have the male wear a condom instead. 3) Both partners should understand the lasting consequences of unprotected sex. 4) Emergency contraception should be kept on hand. A birth control visit to Planned Parenthood would provide your partner with the birth control method of her choice, condoms, and emergency contraceptive fees. They charge on a sliding scale and utilize local and national programs to subsidize their services. In my state, low-income women receive family planning services from Planned Parenthood for free. Many county health clinics offer family planning services similar in scope to Planned Parenthood's programs, as do student health clinics (if your partner is a student). This is information you should know if you're going to have sex. Simple as that. |
Thanks for the insults, they really don't help at all.
I've got the pills, she is taking it tonight after work. I just want to know what to do if she does vomit after the plan b dosage. Most documents state that she should go to a clinic immediately. Has anyone here been in the situation where she/you does vomit? To all of those who insulted me, I believe you should be ashamed. TFP is, in my eyes, supposed to be an open and helpful community. Thanks for being the "creative one" and posting how "us two of the species are not meant to breed" and other smartass comments. They don't help at all, and albeit the internet, I still trust in TFP a lot and you have honestly hurt my feelings. I don't trust many on the internet, but alas, I thought TFP wasn't as toxic as the rest. |
Who said I was referring to you?
|
iŽd say if you used a condom both times you are pretty much safe. did you?

Its really pretty easy - sperm meets egg. It is unlikely that she is pregnant if you did not ejaculate inside of her. Of course anything is possible but it is unlikely. In the future wear a condom unless you are entertaining the thought of having children.
|
No, I NEVER go in without a rubber. Spent the $40, got the pills. Going to ride through one hour of nasuea with her now.

Really though, I don't understand how your cum got on her thigh if you were wearing a condom. The way you posted the earlier times, it sounded like you came on her thigh, and went back in without a condom. It was not exactly clear what the danger was. But good job on getting Plan B, and hope the nausea isn't too bad for her. |
8:05, I gave her the pills. 9 o'clock, put her to bed. Hope she doesn't hurl.
Alas, I have checked the internet, books, libraries, local forums, TV Shows, media, and the like for answers and I would have done the same thing I did do, to be responsible for whatever chance there may've been, I just wanted some advice cos TFP is like my secret little handbook or a secret naughty sex friend sort of thing. Thanks again, so very much, I know the internet is repetitive, and especially how I have used this forum, but the answers have given me great wisdom and courage. Thank the Lord, and thank you guys. |
