I have a problem. as you can probably suggest by the title, yes I cant seem to control my ejaculation. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can fix this?
I've done my fair share of reading on this but I'm not sure what the best remedy is. I don't want to take any steps without being sure that I won't inadvertantly be making it worse. At present Intercourse usually lasts for a whole 5 minutes of thrusting at a moderate to fast pace. If I'm really turned on, i.e. in doggystyle or the gf is dressed up then its bloody hard work to stop from blowing the bags in under 5 minutes. Thing is, it never used to be this bad. It just got worse over time, so I'm hoping that its a case of muscles involved becoming lazy and simply re-training muscles back "up to strength" as a solution.

Is anyone else sufferering a similiar plight? I would like to hear from those who are as well as those who have done and if there are effective methods of overcoming this, if at all.

Here's a tip: Moderate to fast pace? How about varying the speed, take it slow at times? How about pausing and using another of your body parts to do something? It isn't a race, which is why you might be looking at 5 minutes when you want longer.
