Find a 'lifestyle' club...most major cities have one or two. (They might also be referred to as 'swinger's clubs', but that's kind of an ancient conotation). From what I understand, they're very relaxed, outwardly look and feel like any other nightspot, but the clientele is a bit more....liberal.

My best suggestion would be to look at lovevoodoo.com, they have a free membership to start, and pretty much most of the people I have seen from there are real.
