I made it the two weeks... it was relatively uneventful. Since then, I've decided to scale back my masturbating frequency to twice a week. I have found that I enjoy it a lot more now that it isn't as much of a routine thing. Other than that, I don't really think stopping or scaling back has had much of an effect on anything.

I think there is a little bit of an unfair advantage to the people with wives and girlfriends. Well, as long as they have active sex lives that is.

I went 4 weeks back in March/early April when I was on vacation. I did have more time to exercise, take pictures and go outside. But I also had really strong fantasies about girls I knew or just met.

I'll be away for 12 weeks this next time from Memorial day to labor day. It should be interesting
