The spot isn't mythical. Slowly feel your finger being 'pulled' in with the muscle movements, not too deep though. You have to curve your finger to the front (toward your balls in case you're confused) once it's in. Then apply some pressure. Right. What you need is time and plenty of lube. A good lube, on the thick side, like Maximus. Also, disposable latex gloves can be a good idea since they make for a smooth surface, no fingernail issues.
