A friend of mine (a nurse) just told me it might be clamydia and you should get it checked out by a doctor

I beg to differ... Keeping an uncircumcised penis clean does not take any greater amount of effort than cleaning a circumcised penis---all you have to do is pull the foreskin back and make sure you clean the tissue underneath. As Dilbert1234567 suggested Keg-o-Grog should try shaving his pubic hair to see if that will help. For God's sakes, the man said he washes himself thoroughly, so obviously whatever the source of the problem is it's not related to personal hygiene issues. You Americans need to stop assuming that people who are uncircumcised are naturally deprived of proper hygiene habits.

Fact is, an uncut schlong takes one extra step to clean properly. It's not a hard step, but if daddy never taught you to do that, you might think you're washing thoroughly, and then be puzzled at the source of strange odors you emanate. I'm clear, don, that you are fully versed in the operation of your penis. All that said, I second (third?) the shaving advice. Or at least seriously trimming. |

I am a dentist and you would be surprised how many people think they do a good job brushing their teeth, when in fact they did a awful job. Assuming someone is doing everything properly because they said they are or think they do is often a mistake. You start with the basics before you find the exotic solution. IF his hygiene is proper THEN look for an infection (most likely due to earlier poor hygiene). To the OP: I’d recommend an antibacterial soap, and washing with an erection to get in all those hard to reach places. I’ve found ‘Dial’ to be a good antibacterial soap, but they have stronger ones out there I’m sure, I’ve just never looked. If that doesn’t work, then move onto ‘Doctor my penis stinks.’ You know I just thought of a name for a band due to this post... "Angry Foreskins"
