Go for a walk, picnic, go sledding, learn a hobby together (rock climbing for the first time for example), play pool, go to an amusement park, go dancing, have a drinking contest, go hottubbing, go to the beach, check out "cultural" areas of your city or town.

Eh if there's still snow at your place- I'd say go play in the snow. Make some fun snow sculptures together, it is much more fun than you would ever expect. Trust me.

Hmmm....
you could go fishing or stargazing or hiking. you could go to a county airport and watch the planes take off, or go for a bike ride. You could voluneer for some community organization, or go to a car show/basketball game/etc (insert event here). You could take the train to your date destination instead of driving. this is a good thread, btw

After that, try horseback riding, a picnic, horseback riding to a picnic spot, bowling, ice skating, pool, the classic dinner and a movie, and all the other stuff that has been mentioned (forgot about theatre).

I think I typically have the best result picking something I'm familiar with that she isn't. The trick is to be helpful without being arrogant. Most of the good stuff has already been mentioned, roller/ice skating, rock climbing, ect. Anything with low/moderate amounts of PG touching is good, as it helps break one of those awkward dating barriers that at least I always seem to bump into.
Something that I haven't seen yet is mini-golf, almost always a good time, try to keep it to 9 holes if possible though as the possibility for tedium exists if either one of you is exceptionally bad at it.
