I just read through the amendments to the US constitution.

Can you tell I'm procrastinating? This all started because I said "I take the 4th" by mistake... =p~ So I got curious what the 4th amendment to the US constitution was.

Anyhow, I managed to make a one-line description of each amendment:

1> Freedom of religion, assembly and petition
2> Keep and Bear Arms
3> Military quarters
4> Search and Seisure
5> Bear witness, double jeopardy, due process, just compensation, grand jury
6> Speedy and Fair Trial
7> Trial by Jury
8> Cruel and Unusual and non-excessive
9> Unenumerated rights
10> Reservation of powers

Btw, findlaw has a very neat set of commentaries. And, come to think of it, possibly a better one-line description of each amendment. ;-)

Did I miss any important points, or misunderstand an amendment? Do you have a better short description for any of the amendments?
