This is amazing to me. Let's see, this asshole's international affairs probably only included getting his dick sucked by a chic that wasn't American. He's a fucking joke, and I can't belive that people even listen to him or his obviously retarded wife. How can anyone respect a woman who married a man that cheated on her, lied to her, and everyone in the country that he was the president of. Then the best part. She didn't divorce him. Proving that she is a complete moron. Just shows how fucking stupid people are.

Kinda funny how two people have a totally opposite view. I don't think Mr. Clinton has ever had a valid point.

Its still unclear how attacking Iraq did anything against terror. There is far more evidence that those within the administration who were for attacking Iraq a lot earlier for a number of different reasons managed to push that agenda and maniuplate it into becoming part of the 'war on terror.'

It's really sad how Clinton did a lot of good things during his Presidency and has a lot of sensible things to say after it, but because of his stupid misogyny he's discounted it all to nought.

Er, in terms of an International Stateman, Clinton was one of your best. Remember his involvement in the Northern Ireland conflict and the Israeli/Palistinian conflict. On the latter he came so close to resolving things. Now it looks like Bush could fuck it all up

I do get tired of hearing this aspect of Clinton's idiocy eradicating all other aspects (the good, the questionable and the bad) of his Presidency.

If Bush were a democrat, it seems much more would have been made of his "military record" than was made. Don't know why that is, but my point is that probably every president has lied about personal shit.

A few points...

Correct me if I am wrong, but the terrorist training grounds found in Iraq were located in the Kurdish controlled Northern Iraq were they not? There is very little evidence to support that Hussein himself was funding or supporting terrorists.

What gets me with all of this is the complete hypocrisy we show towards some countries. North Korea poses a greater threat to the US soil AND has broken several resolutions as well. The Saudis have done more to support terrorism than any other country, but we don't raise an eyebrow.

My view is by the actions of the Clintons in their personal lives they have insulted themselves for having no respect for themselves, and I'm simply amazed why anyone would support their weak asses.

I find it funny that people screech about how Bush was AWOL (from the national guard) during vietnam, and don't mention this guy ran to Canada during the draft.

Oh it is everyones business when the guy representing the other 250 million people in our country royally fucks something up, morally or otherwise. You need to intimately know a person to entrust them with the responsibility of being the most powerful man on Earth.

Sorry Sixate, but I totally disagree with you on this. Clinton is seen as one of the best US President in recent history by most foreign people. Clinton did a lot of good things, both for the US and the world.

You seem to imply that no matter what good he did, as long as he had his dick sucked and lied about it, he must be a moron, to be ignored forever. His wife must obviously be stupid, because she stays with him, whereas other people with marital problems are always encouraged to talk it over, and stay together "for the sake of the children". Did it ever occur to you that Hillary might have *chosen* to stay with Bill because it was good for her career? That she might be smart enough to see that being married to an ex-President is better for your future than being the ex-wife of an ex-President?

And what about the fact that tons of US presidents have cheated on their wives? This has never been a problem before Clinton... kinda hypocrytical, isn't it? Makes you wonder if there was some sort of political motivation behind the whole episode - say the Republicans wanting to get rid of a Democratic president. But it's not like they had wanted to impeach him for this incident, had they? Oh, wait...

I think you're underestimating the Clintons, just like a lot of people underestimate Bush. You don't become a President by being stupid - it takes a lot of intelligence and political insight.

And actually, I think Clinton's quote is rather good - it's intelligent and obviously correct.

I like Clintons politics and political style a lot. I agree with most of what he did in office.

I do not respect however his sexual problems and the farce that their marriage had become.

I would suggest that it's usually Limbaugh style conservative chicken hawks who screech loudest about military records - lefties just screech in reply to expose their opponents' hypocricy.

Clinton is just jealous that two Republicans, both Bush's, both surrounding his own term, freed 3 countries between them and have done more for the world than Clinton ever could. Also, he's trying to help Hellary with her campaign once he decides to run.

Hey Boco... did you forget about the whole peace thing in Bosnia, the liberation of Kosovo, almost having peace in the middle-east, bombing Iraq for not cooperating with the UN, encouraging peace in Ireland... you know, things that happened during Clinton's years in office?

It is my understanding that a LOT of people cheat on their wifes and lie about it. Of course, I don't have percentages, but it's out there. People do it all the time, some are just more exposed to outside attention. If loads of people do it, why is it only bad when Clinton did it? It does *not* say anything about his performance as a President, and I don't agree with Phaenx that it is somehow related to a bad personality.

People cheat, people lie about it, and life goes on. It's called "human nature", you know. But then again, I don't think sex is bad, nor that Presidents should be asked in court if they cheated on their wife. I mean, if you think such things are important, what about the reported cocaine use by Bush? Isn't that worse?

And I'd also like to point out that the military that is fighting for us is what was maintained and built up by Clinton. We haven't seen much of anything from those companies that Bush threw money at after 9/11.

And as far as Clinton not doing as much, he never invaded another country in blatant violation of international law. I can think of a certain curernt president who has.

The war in Kosovo wasn't sanctioned by the UN, you know. Technically, it was a violation of international law.
(As were the bombings of Sudan and Afghanistan, by the way)

You are ignorant if you don't know that every president in history has lied about certain things... and it is interesting that nobody has come up with a response to the observation about JFK and many other presidents that have not been faithful to their wives. We also shouldn't forget about some personal problems of the current pres. drinking, driving, cocaine, cheerleading? Not family values that I want to have taught to my kids! Do these things automatically void any achievements he has ever made? Of course not, stop being mental.
