3rd Party Presidential Debates
I thought i would give everyone a chance to hear the voices of the third parties since the news usually doesn't cover them. Here's a link to a previous debate between the Libertarian and Green Party candidates.
http://www.libertarian-tv.com/09-30-...plesdebate.wvx The actual debate starts about 45 minutes in but listen to what id said before. Many points are raised to inform. And also tonight there will be a live webcast of another debate at: http://www.weos.org/live.html It says 9pm but im not sure if that is eastern time or what.

This week, NOW with Bill Moyers had on the 4 major third-party presidential candidates: Badnarik, Cobb, Nader, and Peroutka. If you missed it, you might be able to catch it in a week or two in their video archives.
http://www.pbs.org/now/ Democracy Now! had Ralph Nader on last Monday. http://www.democracynow.org/article..../10/04/1348230 They also had 3 third-party Vice Presidential candidates last Thursday: * Pat LaMarche, Green Party candidate for Vice President. For years, she has worked as a radio talk show host. She is a former Green Party candidate for governor of the state of Maine, where she became the first woman in the history of that state to gain ballot access for a political party through her candidacy. She just wrapped up a two week tour, where she lived in homeless shelters in various US cities. * Peter Camejo, Ralph Nader's vice presidential candidate. He was the Green Party candidate for governor of California in 2003. * Richard Campagna, the Libertarian Party's candidate for Vice President. He is a longtime university professor and an international businessman. http://www.democracynow.org/article..../10/07/1335240 |

Thank you for these links. I am going to start voting third party as soon as Bush is removed from power. You dont hear much about third party canidates on the news if you dont have cable. I just hope that atleast one more party will become predominate in our nation soon.
