You would think the guys an imbecile to hear him speak sometimes. I'm sure I would be even worse than him though. Put me in front of more than 5 people and its brain fart , bigtime. You just can't judge intelligence strictly by public speaking.

He mis-speaks occasionally. But when it counts most people understand what he is saying. He has a rather clear way of expressing himself when it is important. Ask Saddam!

all in all, one of the greatest extemporaneous speakers and also one of the most un-obvious teleprompter readers.

I think ther could be pages of stuff if someone followed any of us around. We're all just human, and I doubt many of the people who bash him for this could do much better in front of an audience.
