It's interesting to see the poll results played out in this thread:

The majority of citizens don't want Bush re-elected, but they believe he will be.

I don't know what this means in terms of votes but, just like savvy political junkies predicted, once Bush was matched against a named opponent instead of a generic Democrat candidate, he consistently loses.

Now there even seems to be talk of cutting Cheney loose.

In Dude Where's My Country Moore said he supported Clark because he believed he had the best chance of beating Bush, apparently he really REALLY wanted Oprah to run though @@
