The s.89
How long can s.89 (a.k.a. The Universal National Service Act of 2003) remain in committee before it dies? The LOC and Senate.gov systems both show this bill as being sent to committee as of Jan 2003 (the Congressional version of the Bill was also forwarded to committee) but no further action has been taken to either version of the Bill since Februrary of last year.
How long until this 'sucka dies?

Since the whole purpose of this bill was to scare people into thinking there would be a draft, and appeal to the lie that minorities die more in US wars then whites, it never had a chance of passing, its already dead.
