Some of the statments were very generalised, however, for the most part, I would say it was pretty balanced.
Economic Left/Right: -1.38 Authoritarian/Libertarian: 0.36 Almost dead center, but not quite.

Communism shouldn't be on the scale.
The only question somewhat related to it was whether a one-party system has the advantage of eliminating bureaucracy from it's policy-making. And yes, it does. But it didn't ask whether this advantage is worth the downsides. Which it isn't.
