right filtherton,

Michael doesn't know anything about this. He is completely ignorant to the causes of fires, and how to control them, and exactly who it is that is really keeping us from proper fire managment. He just knows the party line and spouts whatever crap he can think of the support his stand without having to actually understand anything.

And the man has several million sheep that do for him what the dittoheads do with Rush.

Really? I thought Ronald Reagan Jr would have been the oldest (that is the tradition)

He, by the way is the complete political opposite of his father.

I don't know, just quoting the byline.

"Mike Reagan, the eldest son of President Ronald Reagan, is heard on more than 200 talk radio stations nationally as part of the Premiere Radio Network. Comments to mereagan@hotmail.com for Mike.

I think Grey Davis started them to make life hard for the new Governor. With $5 billion or more to take care of the fires, Arnold won't be able to cut taxes now, plus it'll distract him from other things he needed to do to get the state in shape.

Nice troll, BoCo. It's nice to see you return to the Politics board. Too bad you don't seem interested in actually discussing anything. Unfortunately, George Bush's FEMA agency is to blame, if anyone.

The Bush administration took six months to evaluate Gov. Gray Davis' emergency request last spring for $430 million to clear dead trees from fire-prone areas of Southern California.

The request was finally denied Oct. 24, only hours before wildfires roared out of control in what has become the largest fire disaster in California history.

But, it's the environmentalists fault Michael Reagan.
