That's exactly right, failure is the means to get more money and power. It's a joke quite frankly.
This really makes me wonder what other atrocities they are responsible for in this war on drugs charade. It's even more comical that the only person who lost a job over this is the whistleblower. |
actually the main guys at wall street managed to profit from the housing bubble collapse just fine. So it seems that corporations can profit from failure also.

I'd say it was more like committing grand larceny on a monumental scale then profiting from a failure. I don't really think your comparison is apples to apples. They didn't fail at anything, they stole everything including the kitchen sink and got away with it so everything seems like a great success.
