So, what did this by election tell us?
That the tories are winning, but not by quite as much as they need That the Lib Dems are making no ground That BNP, Greens & UKIP will not take a single seat in the next General Election That Labour isnt quite dead. __ Brown needs to now do something that everyone around him is telling him to do in my opinion. I think they will follow Brown the misanthrope I think they will follow Brown the strong man, not just kicking out 5 MP's, but kicking out Milliband, taking on the Blairists head on. It's ironic that the man who wanted this job so much, and who actually has the brain for it, can't do it because he can't make decisions The people dont want to see Gordon with his ridiculous smile on Youtube..., they much rather see him hurling inkjet printers in the wall, lobbing cell phones at civil servants and shaking his fist in the face of Cameron. __ So far "Dave" just has to sit back and do nothing and let Gordon kill himself... this is a guy who people would follow if they could just see the real him, if he had the courage to break free of the Blair-ite mould. I mean, who are the two most popular politicians in the UK? Probably Ken and Boris... both men who say whatever they think. Surely the continued popularity of Iain Gibson must show that the people want someone who doesnt spin, but instead speaks honestly?
