The timing is in no way a coincidence, as I opined back in post #13. (Not for nothing, my good spud, but I beat you to that opinion by 23 posts. ;) )
My bet is that Obama has a lot of supers secretly pledged and he's dribbling them out over time to keep the news focussed on his wins. But this one was critical, right between the WV and KY losses. |
I recently came across an interesting program that highlights the most popular youtube vids....for each of the candidates.
TimeTube ..type candidate's name as keyword...the larger the thumbnail, the more popular the vid. The most popular recent Obama youtube....Tom Hanks endorses Obama....Obama music video....Obama on Ellen Among the most popular McCain youtubes... McCain calling a college kid a "little jerk"...lol...or McCain has lost touch with reality. Not that these measure anything. |

This would make sense, but focuses on a past thread where people didn't seem to think Obama was just another politician. Such a move is something just another politician would be doing. |

I think of Obama as "not just another politician" as it relates to his policy development and review process (far more expansive and inclusive that most), not the day-to-day process of getting elected...but thats just me. |

Seems about as typical as they come. |

But I still havent been promised a job in the Obama admin.
I'm not shooting to high....maybe Special Assistant (3rd level) to the Pres for [fill in the blank] as opposed to Assistant (top level) or Deputy Assistant (2nd level). :) But seriously, if you were to look at Obama's core of advisors, you will find a very broad spectrum of opinion and postions, most of whom are Washington outsiders (unlike McCain and Clinton) |
