Anybody here read polical blogs?
Being a diligent lefty, and somewhat of a political junkie, I have found blogs to be a good source of news and comment. Here are a few that I would recommend:
On the left: Daily Kos Calpundit Eschaton Josh Marshall On the right: Glenn Reynolds The Volokh Consipracy These are the ones that I read fairly regularly. Anybody else? |
Aye.
imao.us http://www.ejectejecteject.com/ http://www.rightwingnews.com/ http://hollywoodhalfwits.com/index.php/ http://www.fecesflingingmonkey.com/ http://www.thelemon.net/issues/index.php The Lemon is the only one that doesn't post regularly. Hah - I bet you can't guess where I stand on the political spectrum. |
na, not really into blogs.
the only time i read one was when the guy in baghdad posted 'em durin the war. |
Yeah, too bad that guy registered himself from san fransisco. Thanks internet whois!

One I haven't read in a while, but I generally like is <a href="http://www.j-bradford-delong.net/movable_type">Brad Delong's journal</a>. He's an economics professor in California, former Clinton economic advisor, and he sometimes has interesting stories about his son.
(I had the link wrong, the first time I posted it! I told you I haven't read it in a while.) |
Hollywoodhalfwits.com is the only one I check and I only do that when something really asinine comes out. I guess that would be quite frequently actually!
|
Oh, another blog I read is <a href="http://www.newsfromme.com">News from Me</a> -- which in accordance to board guidlines is <b>not</b> news from me, but from Mark Evanier -- comic book and television scriptwriter.
Though he focuses on enntertainment a lot, he delves into politics fairly regularly. |
