The Lies that led to War
http://www.cbc.ca/fifth/media/lies.wvx
An excellent documentary by the CBC about how George Bush and a group of neoconservative policy makers lied to the American people about the reasons to invade Iraq. I started watching this and couldn't shut it off till it ran its course. Truly amazing. The problem is that that it's all too late now to do anything about it. The time to have done anything about it was 4 or 5 years ago. |

Thank you for the link, captain. It is a good overview of what we now know of the run up to the Iraq war. The last piece of this puzzle is why the Middle East was chosen for this noble PNAC ideological expansion of democracy.
I believe we will find it in the Cheney energy policy meetings with Big Oil. Edit: It is never too late for accountability.
