If it was "torture for terrorists", there wouldn't be a problem with reasonable judicial review of the "terrorist" status of the person in question. I'm sure if you worship the president of the USA, or have arbitrary Faith that he can Do No Wrong, clearly anyone He Chooses to Torture must be Deserving of their Fate. And it would Never be Abused by such a Great Man. But that still doesn't make it "torture for terrorists".
