Then move. If you don't like how the place you are living is run, go somewhere else where it suits you better. In theory, that would result in places where like minded people will gather, and leave each other alone. No one is going to be happy about everything, but it's better than having a nation wide laws on things where people are almost evenly split.

Maybe I'm just perpetually hammered, but UsTwo's post made perfect sense to me. The idea that abortions should be limited is a part of of the anti-life, argument, in almost every case. There lies the agony in the sense I took it. Not meant on an individual case specific level, I think he meant most anyone who argue the philosophy itself. If you have a problem with the # of abortions, it would seem you have a problem with the idea of abortions. If it's inherantly "more" than pregnancy prevention such as condom use, what else other than a taking of a life could it be?
